For the price, this is a great bag. I am really only using it for occasional road trips (1-2 per year) and storage and it has done great so far. The shoulder strap is really useful, too.
Since my board is a 10.5 ft surftech board, I just got this bag thinking they were compatible. The length is perfect but it wouldn't zip closed (and I tried wicked hard, even had my much smarter wife give it a go). I had to return it for a bigger size.
Other than that, this type of bag seems decently made, but not amazing. I sure wish there were better options and I am thinking of simply making my own when I get the time.
Update: If you have to return this item, the total cost is about $65, or about $50 if you don't live as remotely as we do. This is ridiculous- returns gave us a $16 credit for shipping the return. I was originally going to make my own bag, but didn't have the time. Now I've wasted time and a lot mor......
