I am annoyed. It arrived today with no instructions on how to attach the rudder. Also, there is no customer service number for BIC sports, not even on their website. It appears the screws are too short, but it would be helpful to have some instructions. If BIC takes the time to answer, I will provide a review after using it. So far not so good!
I did not purchase this board on , but rather through a local shop that had the 2012 models on clearance. But after seeing two 1-star reviews, I wanted to provide some feedback (and balance).
To address the other negative reviews, I have not had any issues whatsoever with the foam padding. So far it's been durable and provides plenty of traction. As for the fin, it's a standard FCS fin.
