Product Review
I am annoyed. It arrived today with no instructions on how to attach the rudder. Also, there is no customer service number for BIC sports, not even on their website. It appears the screws are too short, but it would be helpful to have some instructions. If BIC takes the time to answer, I will provide a review after using it. So far not so good!
the rubber pad on top of the board is both dark and light gray. either the pad was cut too short at the factory (why send it out like that??) or it shrank leaving a big gap between the light and dark parts of the pad. also the dark pad was coming off, not glued properly. pictures are posted under customer pics.
real hassle to return this because it is so big. it has to be taken back to the freight company and you have to pay for it then try to get reimbursed from amazon. just a terrible experience all around.
I do not own this board, but rented it for a week......
