The company (Essential Surf) who sent me the item originally sent me the wrong thing (they sent the repair patches instead), but I called them and they were very nice and said to keep those and as I needed them ASAP they found some near me and had them to me the next day. Good customer service. However, the product I received is apparently an older verion and didn't resist paddle hits very well and chunks would tear out of it. At the Round the Rock SUP race in Seattle however I met the owner of the company, told him my story, and he gave me the new version of the Rail Savers for free. I haven't put them on yet, but they look and feel much better and I am hopeful. Bit of a saga, but the customer service I've experienced has been very good, and I think they're......
