I purchased this for a cheaper used board I bought from a friend. The board is about 6'1'' so the leash length is just about right. You can definitely tell this is a lower/middle-end model, which has been fine for my purposes - a beginner/intermediate surfer. I've been surfing in mild conditions with waves 1-4ft and haven't had any big issues with the leash yet. Though, every once in a while it will get wrapped around my leg. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase and it gets the job done; you may also want to look at investing a little bit more for a higher-end model, if needed.
I really dig these white leashes, they show up nice in the water and have a nice color to them. Also they work perfectly.
Does what it is supposed to do bu the collar is a little short in diameter and as such, the collar folds under when it moves about causing some discomfort. Maybe this model is made for boys but I am going back to and ......
