HAVE NOT HAD THE CHANCE TO USE IT IN THE WATER. BUT TRIED IT ON AND IT FITS LIKE SKIN. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS... ONLY ISSUE IS GETTING IT OFF.
I am a tall woman, so I went for a two piece. I love this top combined with the Unisex shorts... they fit me!!!
Quite warm. It surprised me however how much buoyancy the shirt/pants combo has. In Cozumel, seemed to take between 2-3 pounds extra lead as compared to the polartek it is intended to replace. Shirt seems to be cut just a little funny. I'm big but it just seemed to bind a little under the arms and around to the chest. Anyway, it didn't bother me ALL that much and it definitely did keep me as warm as my polartek.
I really like the style and comfort of the Lavacore long sleeve. However, I made my selection based on the sizing chart and it is a little small - fitting snugly under the armpits and on the arms.
