I reciently bought a pair of NRS Boundry Boots for a kayaking trip in Maine. They proved to be all that was expected. They fit well, kept me dry and warm. It is best to wear a pair of wool socks with them so your feet don't sweat. A must buy for cold weather and cold water.
I bought these boots for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. The quality and fit are great. I highly recommend them. They are very comfortable. I got the wrong size and the company was great about exchanging them and got them sent out to me very quickly.
I was really hopeful about this but
not totally waterproof, more like a wet shoe, after prolonged immersion, does seep in.
Ankle support is low for someone who needs it.
Hard on the granite boulders and portages
Very comfortable when not portaging, and warm.
But I will need much more ankle support portaging.
